Cancellation Policy
Please remember if you no longer require an appointment you have booked, or you simply cannot make it and need to change it, please call, email or text to cancel or reschedule. There is voicemail for your convenience, so please do leave a message if you need to.
I would appreciate twenty-four hours notice whenever possible, so I may offer the spot to another individual that may be in desperate need of a treatment. If insufficient notice is given, I may charge you the full price for your missed appointment. A receipt will be provided for this charge.
Illness Policy
If you are ill, please cancel your appointment. It is unfair to expose me or other people to illness unnecessarily. I know with flues, you may find your body is very achy, this is normal with flues, and please know that massage when ill, is like exercising when ill, it tends to speed up your illness and make you sicker rather than better. Please cancel and stay home. I will be delighted to help you when you are better and no longer contagious.

The data you provide me will only be used by me to contact you, so as to provide you with the information or service you have requested. I also may from time to time sent you an email with updates to hours, prices, or vacation time when I may not be available to you for treatments. Every effort will be made to provide contact information for other Therapists you could contact in the interim.
